Shipping Policy

Welcome to Integrity Home Supply. We are committed to delivering your assembled or ready-to-assemble cabinets and related products safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy to understand our order processing, delivery procedures, and shipping terms.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after full payment is received.
  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time, assembly, customization, or custom painting services.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Custom, special-order, or temporarily out-of-stock items may require additional lead time. Customers will be notified by email or phone if delays occur.

Shipping Methods

Freight Shipping (LTL)

  • Most cabinet orders ship via LTL Freight and are palletized and shrink-wrapped to ensure safe transport.
  • Freight deliveries are typically curbside service only.

Standard Ground Shipping

  • Smaller items, including moldings, fillers, trim pieces, and hardware, may ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
  • Some small cabinet orders may qualify for standard ground shipping through FedEx or UPS.
  • Items longer than 90 inches may be trimmed to qualify for standard ground shipping and reduced freight costs. Additional trimming fees may apply.
  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is not available at this time.

Storage Fees

Orders are scheduled for delivery once products have been pulled from inventory and/or assembled. If delivery is delayed more than 10 business days after assembly due to customer-related circumstances, a storage fee of $50 per day per order will apply.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Most orders are delivered within 7–14 business days from the original order date, depending on location and product availability.
  • Deliveries are curbside unless otherwise arranged in writing.
  • Delivery drivers are not responsible for bringing products inside homes, garages, or buildings.
  • Customers should arrange adequate assistance for unloading and moving products upon arrival.

Delivery Access Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and informing us of any conditions that may impact truck access or delivery.

  • Narrow roads, streets, or driveways
  • Limited parking or unloading space
  • Weight-restricted or low-clearance bridges
  • Low-hanging trees or other obstructions
  • Gated communities or restricted-access locations

Many cabinet orders are delivered on large freight trucks, including semi-trucks, which require sufficient access for safe delivery.

Failure to disclose delivery restrictions may result in:

  • Additional delivery charges
  • Redelivery or rescheduling fees
  • Delivery delays
  • Inability to complete delivery

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Product dimensions
  • Delivery location
  • Shipping method

Promotional free or discounted shipping offers may be available from time to time and will be clearly indicated on our website.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all shipments before signing the delivery receipt.

Visible Damage or Missing Items

  1. Note the issue on the delivery receipt before signing.
  2. Take clear photographs of the damage, packaging, and shipment labels.
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Concealed Damage

Any concealed damage discovered after delivery must also be reported within 48 hours and accompanied by photos.

Failure to report shipping damage or shortages within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the continental United States.

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. Territories
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • PO Boxes

Damaged, Lost, or Incomplete Shipments

We carefully package all products to minimize the risk of shipping damage.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with supporting photos and documentation.

When applicable, we will provide replacement parts or products for damaged or missing items. Full-order replacements will only be considered when the entire shipment is deemed unusable.
